Weather Tight Seal
- Cam-action or “multi-point lock” system lock draws sash together, reducing air infiltration.
- Fin seal weatherstripping around interlocking sashes.
- Bulb seal weatherstripping at sill for air resistance.
- Foam insulation on jambs prevents drafts around the frame.
- Resist-X™ weather seal resists mold, mildew and fungus.

Coated Glass
- Low-E glass: Soft coat surface treatment that suppresses radiative heat flow, increasing the insulation properties of the glass.

Gas Fill
- Available on select performance and high performance models, denser than air, low conductivity gas fills our standardized 7/8” spacing between panes and reduces heat transmission.

Unique Technology

1. -Duraseal
   “Warm edge” insulating glass spacer system reduces heat transfer at the glass and outperforms conventional all metal spacers.
2. Heat-Gate
   - Foam insulation injected to fill sashes and frames.
   - Triple or double pane glass with Duraseal.
   - One or two panes of soft coat Low-E glass.
   - One or two chambers of Argon and Krypton gas fill.
