You should order your windows as soon as possible to avoid delays, but at least 6 weeks before they need to be installed.
How long does it take to get my new windows installed?
We have many types and styles of windows ready to ship today. Contact your local dealer for specific timing. Custom sizes require additional time for fabrication.
When is the best time of year to have my windows replaced?
Windows can be replaced any time of the year. Some times and seasons are busier than others, contact your local dealer.
Do you sell windows directly to homeowners without installation?
We sell windows directly, ready for pickup.
How long does it take to manufacture custom replacement windows?
Many standard types and sizes are in stock and ready to ship now. Custom sizes such as those often required for replacement windows take longer. Speak to your dealer about exact timing but generally it takes 6 weeks for custom sized replacement windows to be fabricated and delivered.
How do I clean my new windows?
Our low maintenance vinyl windows can be cleaned with conventional glass cleaner, soap and water or other common, mild, household cleaners.
