Envirosealed Spacer System

Get the Technology Edge with HEAT-Gate High Performance Insualted Glass and Foam Filled Frame System, Reduces Energy Loss and Lowers Utility Costs. The enviroseal insulated glass spacer system combined with foam filled frames and sashes, offers the lowest thermal conductivity in the industry today. Color Choices

In addition to four PVC Exterior Colors, HEAT-Gate® Windows are also available in Spectrum PVC Coated Exterior Colors. These beautiful colors enhance the exterior of any home.   HEAT-Gate windows are offered in a beautiful Harvard Oak laminate interior finish to afford the rich look of wood without the mess, maintenance and cost of staining and painting.

Clear Advantage™
Screens

Heat-Gate Clear Advantage™ standard fiberglass screen mesh offers 50% more visibility without compromising durability. The refined screen mesh provides much smaller mesh opening per square inch than standard screens to help keep out even those annoying microbugs, plus offering great views looking out and significantly enhanced "curb appeal" from outside.

Compliance
& Certification

QUALIFIED All series are ENERGY STAR qualified when ordered with Low-E glass. All HEAT-Gate™ Series qualify standard.

American Jewel Windows are tested and certified to meet and/or exceed the thermal and structural performance of the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) thermal performance standards and American Architectural Manufacturing Association (AAMA) for structural standards. Both the AAMA and NFRC are the “Gold Standard” of the window industry and comply with the United States Department of Energy’s DOE initiative for homeowners to reduce energy consumption when they choose Energy Star compliant products.

American Jewel Windows go through a stringent testing process by an AAMA/NFRC certified laboratory technician which assures homeowners that our windows are manufactured to the highest quality and energy standards. To maintain our certification, an AAMA certified test laboratory technician frequently inspects our Lodi plant for manufacturing compliance.

Warrantee

	When you buy American Jewel windows you are getting the "gold standard" of warrantees for as long as you own your home. And, it is transferable to the next homeowner*. Frames, sashes, insulated glass and components are all covered under the Lifetime Umbrella Warrantee. *One time transferable.
