American Jewel Windows are tested and certified to meet and/or exceed the thermal and structural performance of the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) thermal performance standards and American Architectural Manufacturing Association (AAMA) for structural standards. Both the AAMA and NFRC are the “Gold Standard” of the window industry and comply with the United States Department of Energy’s DOE
initiative for homeowners to reduce energy consumption when they choose Energy Star compliant products.
American Jewel Windows go through a stringent testing process by an AAMA/NFRC certified laboratory technician which assures homeowners that our windows are manufactured to the highest quality and energy standards. To maintain our certification, an AAMA certified test laboratory technician frequently inspects our Lodi plant for manufacturing compliance.
